The whiskey is better than expected! You never know how these "signature" musician spirits will be, but this one is very smooth and unique at best. The shipping company though, was ridiculous. This was purchased as a gift for my husband, by my father who lives on the other side of the US. It was originally a surprise so I missed the first delivery attempt. My father let me know and I contacted GLS/GSO about scheduling delivery since they needed my signature and I work full-time. They scheduled delivery for a Friday between 12-4pm, so I took the afternoon off from work to wait for it. Sure enough, never delivered and I used the time off of work for nothing. I called, they said although it was scheduled it never dispatched that day. So I asked to reschedule, they said Saturday, we set that and an hour later another rep called me to say Saturdays are not possible in my area, only Monday-Friday 12-4. The closest pick up facility was an hour and a half away from me, luckily I was able to pick it up.. I highly recommend a different delivery company for future orders, GLS was unprofessional, rude and unorganized.
